Meet Our Founder & CEO
Mit Patel is the founder and CEO of Adcor Group, where he leads with a commitment to purposeful construction, disciplined execution, and long-term value. A graduate of LSU with a degree in Construction Management, he began his career delivering large-scale residential communities and single-family developments with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Over the course of his six-year tenure at Stoa Group, Mit gained comprehensive field experience across site operations and major developments, further refining his leadership in complex project delivery. He later expanded his expertise into the hospitality sector, overseeing upscale hotel builds with the same standard of precision and integrity.
Beyond construction, Mit is a licensed pilot and avid learner. He draws inspiration from aviation, where precision and preparation are everything. His love for structure, discipline and continuous learning carries through every aspect of his leadership.
